ICE in your handphone - If you should keel over one day and be in need of emergency assistance, but you're comatose or unable to communicate, it would be helpful to anyone and everyone attending to you if you have ICE in your handphone.
ICE stands for 'In Case of Emergency' and it is a 'name' in your handphone Contacts list.
You first store in your handphone, the phone number of a close relative or friend who should be contacted in case of an emergency. However, instead of saving the number with his/her name, save it with the name ICE. Of course, it requires that you should first discuss this arrangement with your relative/friend. Someone in better health is preferred.
